Can we talk about it for a minute?
Y’all, to say our life has taken a few crazy turns this past month would be beyond an understatement. With that being said, I NEEDED to take a break from almost all things social media, with exception of work related things. We are going through a lot of personal things and I can’t help but thank you for holding on as we go through it all. I’m not ready to talk about EVERYTHING, but on top of one thing, there was another and then we lost my papa.
We all know how crazy weddings, funerals and such can be when ALL the family comes to town or has an opinion on what they want to see or just trying to get things done and making time for everyone.
I had a lot on my shoulders and still do, but I am still staying focused on my family and our healthy lifestyle and living. I hope you can bare with me a little bit longer as we still try to get back to a semi-normal routine. My work outs have been all over the place, some have been 5 minutes and others 2 hours because it is my escape and mental refresher. It is all about making the time and having the time to squeeze them in whenever and however.
Anyone else turn to working out to help them clear their minds or just escape life? It is where I turn, I tend to shut off and hide out when things get crazy because well it’s how I deal. I don’t want to be around a ton of people because I need to focus on staying focused and dealing with the situation my own way.
