A little glimpse into my daily morning routine:
- 5:45 a.m. Up and drinking 8 oz of water
- 6:00 a.m. Knocking out a 30-45 minute HIIT Work-out at home
- 7:00 a.m. Showered and getting ready for the day
- 8:00 a.m. Ready to take on whatever the day holds
Why do I work out in the morning? Because it helps kick start my day and makes me feel like I am accomplishing a lot right from the get go of rolling out of bed. I never know how our evenings will look or try to leave them open for other fun stuff like play dates, family outings or what not and it helps me from coming up with excuses to not get a work out in. Sometimes we go out for walks/bike rides/ or a swim in the evenings.
Benefits of morning work-outs:
